New! Seasonal Mixed Drinks

The rain we’ve gotten in the past couple days has done nothing to temper the heat. In fact, now that it’s more humid, being outside is even stickier, sweatier, and altogether unpleasant. We know how it is. That’s why we concocted some refreshing seasonal drinks for you to cool down with daily. We take pride in our seasonal mixers, using many local and organic products, house-made simple syrup and freshly squeezed fruit juices.

Elder Collins

Elder Collins
Arguably the most refreshing of our seasonal drinks, the Elder Collins features Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower liquor and Great Lakes Distillery Rehorst Gin. Delicate floral hints abound in this Ménage à trois of ice, juniper, and elderflower. Sip this one slowly and enjoy the summer.Great Lakes Distillery Rehorst Gin (or Vodka), Thatcher’s Organic Elderflower Liqueur
$10 / Members $9

Cream City Fence
We take a pint of delicious Strongbow cider and kick it up a notch with an added oomph of rye. This is a descendant of the ever-popular Boilermaker and Stone Fence. And it shares the same mantra: bigger, boozier, better. Old Overholt, Strongbow Cider

Ship Sinker
Using cola-inspired bitters, this sweet and rummy tasting little bombshell is served in a highball glass with Roaring Dan’s Maple flavored rum. It packs a big punch in a small container. Great for celebrating a night of sabotage. Great Lakes Distillery Roaring Dan’s Rum, Vanilla Vodka, Bittercube Bitters, Ginger Ale
$8 / Members $7

The Peopel's Sazerac

The People’s Sazerac
Over 100 years in the making, we bring this New Orleans classic to Milwaukee in style. Ours is a definite contender for the city’s best Sazerac. We use a straight 95% Bulleit Rye Whiskey and Great Lakes Distillery Absinthe, mixed in 2 glasses and served on the rocks to help you make it through the heat wave. Bulleit Rye, Great Lakes Distillery Absinthe, Peychaud’s Bitters

Gin Buck
A slightly sweeter and more refreshing alternative to a Gin & Tonic or Dark ‘n’ Stormy. The lime juice and ginger beer combine for a delectable sweetness over the juniper of the gin. Great Lakes Distillery Rehorst Gin, Ginger Beer, Lime Juice
$6 / Members $5

Ancona Sour

Ancona Sour
This is a high end whiskey sour with GLD’s new KinnicKinnic blended American whiskey (Kentucky Bourbon and Wisconsin Malt). We use fresh organic lemon and house made organic simple syrup and then thicken it up with an egg white from a local farm. Served up or on the rocks. Great Lakes Distillery KinnicKinnic Whiskey, Egg White, Lemon Juice
$8 / Members $7
